There was a point where everything felt like too much and I knew I needed to start living more intentionality.
Money felt confusing. Life felt busy. And no matter how hard I tried, I didn’t know how to start living more intentionally or why everything still felt so overwhelming.
Not because I wasn’t trying.
But because everything felt complicated.
That’s why I created Viridian Living Project.
Not to be perfect. Not to do everything right.
But to build a life that actually feels good to live.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed right now, this is your starting point.
The Truth Most People Don’t Say
You’re not failing.
You’re overwhelmed.
There’s too much information. Too many rules. Too many things telling you what you should be doing.
And when everything feels important, nothing feels manageable.
So instead of trying to fix everything, we’re going to do something different.
We’re going to simplify.
A Simple Reset (Start Here)
You don’t need a full life overhaul.
You just need a reset.
Here are three simple steps to get started:
1. Choose One Area (Not Everything)
Pick ONE:
• your money
• your daily routine
• your environment
Ask yourself:
What feels the most overwhelming right now?
Start there.
2. Make It Smaller Than You Think
Instead of saying
“I need to fix my finances”
Try
“I’m going to look at my bank account for 5 minutes”
Instead of
“I need a full routine”
Try
“I’m going to wake up 15 minutes earlier”
Small wins create momentum.
3. Do It Imperfectly
This is the most important one.
You do not need:
• the perfect plan
• the perfect budget
• the perfect system
You just need to start.
Messy action beats perfect inaction every time.
What Living More Intentionally Is Really About
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what actually matters.
Slowing down.
Making better decisions.
Creating a life that feels intentional instead of reactive.
One step at a time.
Your Next Step
If you take anything from this, let it be this:
Pick ONE thing today
Make it small
Start
That’s it.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to begin.
